Once design is approved, building regulation submissions ensure your project meets structural, thermal, and safety standards. We prepare and submit full plans applications with the supporting technical documentation required for approval.

If your project involves work on or near a shared boundary, party wall notices are a legal requirement. We prepare and serve the necessary notices on your behalf and can guide you through the Party Wall Act process to avoid delays.
